If your door ships from our Hong Kong warehouse (due to US stock availability), allow an additional 2-4 business days. We'll provide return instructions and authorize your return. The door must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 days to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.
